One of our supervisors saves 10-20% of his time per client session

This supervisor manages dozens of clients and adopted Tend for his bookings, invoicing and payments. After moving to Tend, invoicing all his clients from the week takes a matter of seconds.

The Vision for Tend

Tend aims to equip pastors and supervisors with the resources they need to excel in their unique roles, grounded in a strong commitment to pastoral care and community. We believe in the local church and love to see her flourishing.

About

I'm Josh, husband to Jenni and father to our daughter Valerie. We live in Brisbane, Australia.I currently serve on Family Council at Newlife Church. My background spans diverse church experiences—Baptist beginnings, roles in Pentecostal and Evangelical settings, and participation in both established churches and church plants. My work is informed by the three key principles of our family: be a catalyst for the success of others, prioritise people and leave a beautiful legacy for others. I see Tend as an extension of that, helping pastors to flourish in their churches.Prior to founding Tend I founded Creo and August Group. We've collaborated with the UN and DFAT to address important systemic issues such as climate change mitigation, access to finance and development finance in emerging economies.Beyond professional and church realms, I love the sport of bouldering (a type of rock climbing). It is an exceptional teacher. I've learned a lot more about failure, persistence, problem-solving, and incremental progress through bouldering.Tend aims to equip pastors and supervisors with the resources they need to excel in their unique roles, grounded in a strong commitment to pastoral care and community.
